Why Use Hoeting Realtors?                          Hoeting Realtors was founded in 1991 with deep roots stretching well over 40 years in the Greater Cincinnati Real Estate Community.  Since our inception, we have tripled in size to become a dominant broker in our market, specializing in Western and Northwestern Hamilton County.  We consistently have the highest volume per agent in the industry and our full-time agents are professionally-trained to meet your real estate needs! 

Leadership Team
The current Hoeting Realtors Leadership Team consists of seasoned veterans who have strategically guided clients and associates through all types of markets for over 40 years.

Jack Hoeting, Owner and President, also served as President of Grady Realtors which merged in 1987 with the West Shell Company. Jack began his career in 1961.

Dan Grote, Owner and General Sales Manager, began his career in 1976 and has been a consistent sales leader ever since.

Steve Florian, Owner and General Manager for the company, began his career in 1980 and has been a leader in sales for over 25 years.

Doug Rolfes serves as manager of the Hoeting office and has over 20 years experience in real estate sales and investment. He has a BBA from UC in both Real Estate and Finance.

Mike Rolfes serves as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer with a BS from Bowling Green State and MBA from Findlay University. Mike has been managing projects and accounts for over 17 years.

Office
Our original office at 3515 Werk Road had been a real estate landmark since 1970.

In January 2007, we moved into a new, state of the art, office located at 6048 Bridgetown Road Cincinnati, Ohio, 45248. With the latest technology and wireless communications, our facility is equipped to best serve our customers with all their Real Estate needs.

Services
Hoeting Realtors specializes in single family residential sales, apartments, and small to medium sized commercial properties. In addition, we handle individual building lots, vacant land, and land development. To date we have developed upscale communities such as Quail Run Farms, Apple Orchard, and Oak Village Condominiums.

We are equipped and always interested in pursuing new opportunities for upscale developments in the future.
